Welcome to FLAdultBaseball.com, the official website of FL ADULT BASEBALL INC (“FL Adult Baseball,” “FAB,” “the League,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, registration services, league-related information, and participation in programs and activities organized or administered by FL Adult Baseball.
By accessing or using our website, submitting a registration, or participating in League activities, you acknowledge these Terms to the extent applicable and agree to comply with the League’s rules and participation requirements.
Active participation may require additional express agreements, including a separately executed player liability waiver.
If you do not agree with the applicable Terms, you should not use the relevant services or participate in activities requiring your agreement.
2. Organization Information
FL ADULT BASEBALL INC is a Florida corporation that organizes and administers adult recreational and competitive baseball activities.
Principal Address:
2914 Greenleaf Ter

Website: https://fladultbaseball.com
Email: Info@FLAdultBaseball.com
3. Eligibility and Participation
FL Adult Baseball offers adult baseball programs organized by age division, skill level, player interest, and seasonal availability.
Current programs may include 19+ and 30+ divisions. Specific age requirements and other eligibility criteria will be identified in the applicable season’s registration materials.
All participants must:
- Meet the eligibility requirements for their division.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Comply with League Rules and safety requirements.
- Complete any required registration forms and liability waivers.
- Pay applicable fees by established deadlines.
- Demonstrate reasonable sportsmanship and respect toward other participants.
- Comply with field, facility, and local government regulations.
The League may request reasonable age or identity verification, including presentation of a valid government-issued identification document.
Submitting inaccurate eligibility information may result in denial or termination of participation.
The League reserves the right to determine eligibility and team placement in accordance with applicable rules, provided such decisions are not made for unlawful discriminatory reasons.
4. Registration and Team Assignment
General player registration is currently offered without an initial registration charge.
Submitting a registration does not guarantee:
- Placement on a team
- Assignment to a preferred division
- A particular roster position
- A specified amount of playing time
- Selection for a particular season
- Participation in playoff games
- Availability of a particular field or schedule
Team assignments depend on factors including roster openings, age eligibility, division structure, season planning, and team availability.
Players who are not assigned to a permanent roster may be considered for free-agent or substitute-player opportunities.
Acceptance of a team assignment may require payment of the applicable seasonal fee and completion of all participation documents.
The League reserves the right to modify team structures, roster limits, divisions, and eligibility procedures based on operational needs and published rules.
5. Registration Fees and Payments
Participation fees may vary by season, league division, and other announced program requirements.
Applicable fees and payment deadlines will be communicated through the website, registration materials, or official League communications.
Payment options may include Zelle or other methods authorized by the League.
When Zelle is the designated payment method, payment instructions may identify:
Accounting@FLAdultBaseball.com
Players should verify current payment instructions with the League before sending funds.
The League is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect or unauthorized recipient because a payer did not follow verified payment instructions, except to the extent the loss results from conduct for which the League is legally responsible.
Players are responsible for applicable charges imposed by their own banks or payment providers.
All payment transactions are subject to the terms and security practices of the relevant financial institutions and third-party providers.
We do not request banking login passwords or authentication codes as part of the registration process.
6. Refunds, Withdrawals, and Cancellations
Participation in an organized baseball season involves advance financial commitments, potentially including field reservations, equipment, umpires, insurance, and administrative expenses.
Season-specific registration materials may establish refund deadlines, cancellation procedures, and eligibility for credits.
Unless a separate written policy provides otherwise:
- Players who voluntarily withdraw should notify the League promptly.
- A voluntary withdrawal, missed game, personal scheduling conflict, or inability to participate does not automatically create a right to a refund.
- Refund or credit requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, timing, season commitments, and applicable law.
- Removal or suspension for a material League Rules violation may affect refund eligibility.
- Weather cancellations or rescheduled games do not automatically result in a partial refund.
- If the League cancels an entire season or materially changes the program before meaningful participation begins, it will communicate an appropriate refund or credit resolution consistent with applicable law and the terms disclosed to participants.
No provision of these Terms overrides a refund right guaranteed by law or a more favorable written refund commitment made to a participant.
Participants should review any season-specific cancellation and refund terms before submitting payment.
7. Schedules, Venues, and League Operations
Game dates, field assignments, start times, divisions, and season schedules may change due to circumstances beyond the League’s control.
These circumstances may include:
- Rain, lightning, severe weather, or excessive heat
- Unsafe playing conditions
- Field or facility closures
- Government restrictions
- Umpire availability
- Team forfeits or insufficient player attendance
- Scheduling conflicts
- Safety concerns
- Other operational or emergency conditions
The League will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through available communication channels.
Although reasonable attempts may be made to reschedule affected games, the League does not guarantee that every postponed or canceled game can be played.
The League may suspend or cancel activities when necessary to address safety or operational concerns.
Participants are responsible for reviewing official League communications and updated schedules.
8. League Rules and Code of Conduct
All players, managers, coaches, umpires, and other participants must comply with the applicable FL Adult Baseball League Rules.
Current League Rules are available at:
https://fladultbaseball.com/league-rules/
These rules address matters including:
- Uniforms and authorized equipment
- Game length and scheduling
- Rosters and player eligibility
- Free-agent participation
- Player conduct and sportsmanship
- Umpire authority
- Ejections, suspensions, and forfeits
- Scores, standings, and other competition procedures
Participants may not engage in fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, intentional dangerous contact, or other misconduct prohibited by League Rules.
Alcohol, tobacco, and other substances are subject to the restrictions established by the League and applicable facility regulations.
The League may issue warnings, impose suspensions, remove participants, or apply other authorized disciplinary measures in accordance with its rules.
Participants should use the appeals procedures described in the applicable League Rules when challenging a disciplinary decision.
The League may update rules for future play as reasonably necessary for safety, fairness, or operations and will communicate material changes to affected participants.
9. Assumption of Risks and Physical Activity
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PHYSICAL INJURY AND PARTICIPATION RISKS
Baseball is an athletic activity involving known and reasonably foreseeable risks.
These may include:
- Being struck by a baseball or bat
- Collisions with players, equipment, or physical structures
- Falls, sliding injuries, and other impact injuries
- Muscle strains, sprains, and ligament injuries
- Heat exhaustion, dehydration, and heat-related illness
- Concussions or other head injuries
- Injuries associated with throwing, batting, running, or fielding
- Risks arising from uneven playing surfaces or adverse weather
- Serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death
Participants acknowledge that baseball involves physical activity and that reasonable safety precautions cannot eliminate all risks.
Each player is responsible for evaluating their fitness to participate, using appropriate protective equipment, following safety instructions, and avoiding conduct that creates unnecessary danger.
PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE ANY SEPARATE ASSUMPTION-OF-RISK, RELEASE-OF-LIABILITY, AND PARTICIPANT-WAIVER DOCUMENT REQUIRED BY THE LEAGUE BEFORE PLAYING.
Those documents are separate from these website Terms and govern the particular acknowledgments, releases, and obligations expressly stated in them, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Medical Responsibility and Emergency Response
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely.
The League does not provide medical diagnoses, individual medical supervision, or guarantees of immediate medical treatment.
Players should consult an appropriate healthcare professional concerning medical conditions that may affect safe participation.
Participants must immediately report significant injuries or dangerous field conditions to appropriate League personnel.
In an emergency, League personnel may contact emergency responders and provide reasonably necessary information to facilitate assistance.
Players remain responsible for their personal medical expenses and insurance arrangements, except where responsibility is established by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
The League does not represent that participation includes individual accident, health, or disability insurance unless such coverage is expressly described in writing.
11. Equipment, Facilities, and Personal Property
Participants must use equipment permitted by the League and applicable facility policies.
Players are responsible for appropriate personal protective equipment and compliance with equipment safety rules.
The League may prohibit unsafe or unauthorized equipment.
Players and visitors should safeguard their own belongings.
To the extent permitted by law, the League is not responsible for ordinary loss, theft, or damage to unattended personal property that is not caused by conduct for which the League is legally responsible.
Participants must respect facilities, keep playing areas reasonably clean, and report dangerous conditions or damaged equipment.
12. Third-Party Websites, Applications, and Services
FL Adult Baseball may use independent services to support registration, scheduling, payments, scores, communications, and media.
These services may include:
Google Forms
Used for player registration, information collection, and related administrative processes.
Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies govern its independent services.
GameChanger
Used for team rosters, scorekeeping, player statistics, standings, and other sports-related features.
GameChanger is operated independently and has its own terms, subscriptions, functionality, and privacy settings.
The League does not control every feature, accessibility setting, advertisement, technical interruption, or subscription decision of GameChanger.
Zelle and Financial Institutions
Used when authorized for receiving League payments.
The payer’s financial institution and applicable payment networks control their independent payment-processing services.
Social Media Platforms
The League may maintain pages or accounts on social media platforms.
Interactions occurring through those platforms are subject to the platforms’ independent terms and privacy practices.
Website Hosting and Other Technology Providers
Website and communication functions may rely on independent technical vendors.
Third-party services are not automatically operated, owned, or controlled by FL ADULT BASEBALL INC merely because we link to or use them.
We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation of independent services.
Nothing in this section relieves the League of responsibilities imposed by applicable law for its own conduct or its use of service providers.
13. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise identified, the text, branding, page designs, logos, graphics, photographs, and other original materials created or owned by FL Adult Baseball are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, print, or share publicly available materials for ordinary personal, informational, or noncommercial purposes, provided you do not misrepresent ownership or authorization.
You may not, without authorization:
- Reproduce substantial protected website content for commercial exploitation.
- Impersonate the League.
- Misuse League branding or trademarks.
- Distribute altered official documents as authentic.
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
- Use automated tools in a manner that disrupts website operations.
- Harvest nonpublic personal information about participants.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the website.
Third-party logos, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Player Statistics, Photographs, Videos, and Media
As part of operating an organized sports league, FL Adult Baseball may publish game-related information, team rosters, player statistics, achievements, photographs, and video coverage.
Players should understand that organized games and events may be photographed, recorded, discussed, or covered by spectators, participants, or authorized media.
Game information and images may appear on the League’s website, GameChanger, or league social media accounts.
A participant who submits photographs, videos, testimonials, or other original content to the League grants FL Adult Baseball a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to use and display that submitted content for legitimate League-related purposes, including reporting, promotion, and historical coverage, subject to any separately communicated restrictions and applicable law.
The submitting participant represents that they have the authority to grant this permission.
This provision does not automatically grant the League unrestricted ownership of participant-submitted content.
Players who do not wish to be individually featured in optional promotional materials may contact Info@FLAdultBaseball.com to discuss reasonable restrictions.
Requests concerning previously published materials will be evaluated under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Any separate media-release agreement, where used, will govern the additional permissions expressly granted under that agreement.
15. Communications and Marketing Consent
By providing accurate contact information during registration, participants acknowledge that the League may need to communicate regarding their registration and active participation, subject to applicable law.
Operational communications may include:
- Registration and eligibility matters
- Team assignments and roster openings
- Fees and payments
- Schedules and rainouts
- League Rules and safety updates
- Cancellations and other important notices
Optional promotional communications, including marketing emails and marketing text messages, are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required as a condition of league registration or participation.
Participants may opt out of promotional communications at any time using the instructions provided or by contacting Info@FLAdultBaseball.com.
Where supported, recipients may reply STOP to text messages to revoke applicable messaging consent.
Opting out of nonessential announcements may limit notifications concerning future seasons and available playing opportunities.
For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
16. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of the website and participation in the League may involve personal information.
Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of that information are described in our Privacy Policy:
https://fladultbaseball.com/privacy-policy/
The Privacy Policy explains how to:
- Request access to personal information.
- Correct or delete eligible information.
- Unsubscribe from promotional communications.
- Opt out of certain third-party information sharing.
- Contact the League with privacy concerns.
If the Privacy Policy and these Terms address different subjects, each document will apply to its respective subject matter.
17. Sponsorships, Advertisements, and Outside Organizations
The League may display information about sponsors, partners, vendors, or other organizations.
The inclusion of a sponsor or external link does not constitute an unconditional guarantee or endorsement of that organization’s products, services, representations, or conduct.
Separate purchases or transactions between an individual and an independent third-party business are generally governed by the terms agreed upon with that business.
The League is not a party to such transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Sponsors do not automatically receive personal registration contact information merely because they support the League.
18. Website Availability and Disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website content useful and current.
However, schedules, fees, registration availability, team information, and other details may change.
Website information is provided for general informational and administrative purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
- The website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- All published information will remain current at every moment.
- Third-party platforms will always be accessible.
- Every submitted registration will result in participation.
- Particular team assignments or playing opportunities will be available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FL ADULT BASEBALL INC and its authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from ordinary website unavailability, technical failures, inaccurate third-party content, or interruptions to optional online services, except where otherwise required by law.
This limitation is not intended to exclude or restrict liability for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability to the extent such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Risks and releases concerning physical baseball participation are addressed in applicable participation documents and are subject to Florida law.
20. Responsibility for Misconduct and Misuse
Individuals are responsible for their own unlawful conduct and material violations of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, a person who knowingly misuses the website, impersonates another individual, intentionally compromises website security, or unlawfully distributes another person’s information may be responsible for resulting claims, damages, or reasonable expenses attributable to that conduct.
This provision does not require a participant to indemnify the League for the League’s own unlawful conduct or negligence.
21. Suspension or Termination of Access
The League may restrict or terminate website privileges or participation for legitimate reasons, including:
- Material violations of League Rules
- Fraudulent registration or payment activity
- Unauthorized use of website systems
- Threatening or abusive conduct
- Serious safety violations
- Repeated material noncompliance with participation requirements
Disciplinary actions associated with league participation will be governed by applicable League Rules and procedures.
Termination of participation does not automatically eliminate financial obligations already incurred or record-retention requirements.
22. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law mandatorily applies.
If a disagreement arises concerning the website, registration, or League administration, we encourage the parties to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.
Disputes may be submitted to:
The League and the affected party may voluntarily explore informal resolution or mediation.
Unless otherwise required by law or established in a valid separate agreement, legal proceedings arising under these Terms may be brought before an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Manatee County, Florida.
Nothing in these Terms deprives an individual of access to a court or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
23. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
The League will not be responsible for failures or delays in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, hurricanes, widespread emergencies, governmental restrictions, facility closures, or major service interruptions.
The League will make reasonable efforts to communicate operational impacts and provide available alternatives where practicable.
This provision does not eliminate payment, refund, consumer protection, or other obligations imposed by applicable law.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to League operations, website services, policies, or applicable law.
The current version will be published on FLAdultBaseball.com with the applicable effective date.
Material changes that affect active paid registrations or existing contractual rights will not automatically apply retroactively where new consent or additional notice is legally required.
Participants are encouraged to review current League policies before registering for each season.
25. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any portion of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, the applicable Privacy Policy, published League Rules, and any accepted season-specific registration agreement or separate signed waiver collectively address the relevant aspects of an individual’s relationship with the League.
Where documents conflict, the more specific, properly accepted agreement generally governs its subject matter, subject to applicable law.
No provision supersedes an express legal right that cannot be waived.
